The agent edits files saved on Windows

When you upload files saved on Windows, the agent now edits them like any other file.

• Changes across several lines work. Before, the agent could change a single line in these files but failed on any change that spanned more lines. It then worked around the failure: it hid old sections in comments instead of removing them, or rewrote the whole file.
• Nothing to do on your side. Files you uploaded before this fix are covered too.
