A question from the agent stays open until you answer it

When the agent asks you a question, the answer form now stays in the chat until you answer it.

• Background work no longer closes the form. If a task the agent started in the background finished right after the question, the form showed "Questions answered" though you had not answered, and the chat looked stuck.
• Approval cards keep their buttons. A card that asks you to approve a purchase or a change no longer loses its buttons when a background command finishes.
