• The card shows the state: not live yet, publishing, live with your address, or the reason a publish failed.
• Always your latest version. The card waits until your editor holds the agent's last change before it builds - what you see is what goes live.
• A failed publish is one tap from a fix: "Ask the agent to fix it" sends the real error to the agent, so it starts from the cause, not a guess.
• Full-stack projects too: when the agent deploys a cloud project, the same card follows the deploy - publishing, then live with the address.
