Publish works while the preview is still loading

If you pressed Publish right after you opened a project, while the preview was still loading, your live site could come out blank. Publishing again fixed it.

Now Publish waits for the preview to finish loading, then builds your site. If a built page would still be broken, Playcode stops the publish and says so, and your live site stays as it was.
