Help
Fix what went wrong, or reach a person.
Start from what you see. Each page names the message or the symptom, its cause and the fix:
- The preview does not load - blank, spinning, frozen or an error.
- A build or publish failed - "The build failed", "Publish failed" and what comes after.
- My domain does not work - a setting not seen, a certificate not ready, a connect error.
- An email did not arrive - a sign-in code, or an email your app sent.
- Credits went faster than expected - where they went and how to spend less.
- I cannot sign in - codes, blocked checks, Google, GitHub and Microsoft.
- My projects are missing - another workspace, another account, a folder or the archive.
The agent can check a domain, a Cloud app's preview, a failed publish and your app's email for you: open the project and describe what you see in the chat.

What you see
- The preview does not loadFix a preview that stays blank, spins, freezes the browser or shows an error, in a static site or a Cloud app.
