The chat now says why AI paused

When a message can't run, the chat now always says why - no more empty replies. And when the reason is your cloud computers, the notice says exactly that, with a Top up button - instead of "You're out of credits" next to a meter that still shows credits.

Your credits cover both AI and your cloud computers. When the balance falls close to about a month of your computers' running costs, AI pauses first so your apps stay up. Add credits and the next message runs.
