Playcode School
Your idea deserves a first customer.

Learn how to turn what you know into a product people can use. Start with a real problem, build a small first version with AI, and learn from the people who try it.
Free lessons with practical exercises. Read without an account. Use what you learn with Playcode or the tools you already have.
Start with a task someone needs done.
You do not need a complete business plan to begin learning. Choose a person you can speak to and a problem you can observe. Write down how they handle it today and what would make the work easier.
The first lesson turns that problem into a short build brief. You will name the customer, the task, what success looks like and what can wait. You leave with something you can use.
Pick the lesson for the question you have now.
Each lesson answers one question and leaves you with something you can keep. Read them in any order.
Understand the business
- Test the problem before you build. How do I know anyone needs this? You leave with questions about what people already do, and notes that keep evidence apart from assumptions.
- Startup terms in plain English. What do MVP, activation and churn actually mean? You leave with nine startup terms in plain English, each with an example and the common mistake.
- Your first customers are people you can name.Where do my first customers come from? You leave with a list of people to learn from, what to ask each one and a draft invitation.
Build with AI
- The first version is one customer task. What should the first version do? You leave with a build brief: the customer, the task, the check and what can wait.
- Give AI a brief it can check against. Why does AI build the wrong thing? You leave with a brief of inputs, an example, limits and checks that you can paste into any AI tool.
- Change an AI-built app one step at a time. How do I change it without breaking it? You leave with a checklist: a version to return to, one change, its checks, the data it touches and when to publish.
Measure and improve
- Measure the task, not the visit. What should my new product track? You leave with an event plan: the finished task, the return and the payment, each with who counts and when.
- Know what one customer costs you. What does an AI feature cost me per customer? You leave with a calculator for one customer's month: model use, runtime and other services, every assumption shown.
Keep the learning close to the work.

Understand the problem.
Ask about the last time it happened. Look for existing work, costs and workarounds before asking whether someone likes your idea.
Build one useful part.
Give AI a clear task and a way to check the result. Try the preview yourself before adding the next feature.
Learn from use.
Watch someone attempt the task. Notice where they hesitate, where the product fails and whether they choose to return.
Understand the business.
Keep revenue, expenses and customer behavior separate. Use those observations to decide what deserves your next investment of time.
Useful before you sign up.
Read the lessons, fill in the worksheets and take your answers with you. There is no email gate. When you want to build in Playcode, your answers can become the starting request.
Learning helps you make better decisions. A completed lesson or a working prototype does not establish demand or guarantee revenue.
