Nine years ago, I did not set out to build PlayCode. I wanted to build an online game. I was an entrepreneur with a dream: create a game that millions would play, and maybe get rich along the way.

While learning how to make online games, I realized I needed a playground. An online IDE where I could quickly test ideas. "I will build it in a week," I thought, "and then get back to my game business."

That week turned into nine years.

The playground I built became incredibly popular among developers. Tens of thousands started using it daily. Then hundreds of thousands. Then over a million. I got stuck. The game never happened. I became a tool builder instead of a business builder.

Now I have come full circle.

AI has changed everything. What used to require months of coding and expensive agencies is now possible in minutes. The barriers that stopped me nine years ago no longer exist. Anyone with an idea can now build a real business online.

I am back to being an entrepreneur. And now I help other entrepreneurs do what I always wanted to do: build real online businesses. Websites. Web applications. Online stores. Dashboards. Automations. Whatever your idea is, AI can help you build it.

PlayCode is still here for developers. Over a million use it every month, and we are proud of that. But our heart is now with entrepreneurs. People who have ideas but thought they needed to learn to code or hire expensive agencies. You do not. Not anymore.
