Should the first request ask for an exact address and roofline photos?
- Collect an exact address and protected photos in the first request
- Collect a coarse service area and customer-reported property details first
Choose: Start with a coarse area, story count, access summary, and the least detail staff need to check fit. Add an exact address or protected photo upload only when it materially improves review and the access, consent, security, retention, and deletion rules are ready.
Tradeoff: More detail may reduce follow-up, but it increases privacy, authorization, media-rights, and storage risk. A smaller first request protects the visitor but may require a staff conversation before any assessment.
