How to cancel subscription

Cancel your PlayCode Pro subscription through the billing page.

Steps to cancel subscription

1. Make sure you're logged into the account with the active subscription.
2. If you're on the landing/homepage, click the Dashboard button to enter the app.
3. Click the Menu icon (PlayCode logo) at the top left. This works from any page: Dashboard, Editor, or Courses.
4. Select Account from the menu.
5. Click the Billing link.
6. A popup will open showing your subscription details.
7. At the bottom of the popup, click the Cancel Subscription link.
8. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation

Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
