Where the chat button is
Look in the bottom right corner of any Playcode page. That is the support chat. It goes directly to our team.
It is not a chatbot. Most software companies hide their founders behind a ticket queue. We do not, because reading your messages is how we understand what to fix next.
We fix bugs within 24 hours
If Playcode has a bug, we fix it fast, usually inside a day. Every report genuinely makes the product better for everyone who comes after you. You are not imposing by writing to us. You are helping.
What is worth writing about
Pretty much anything:
- Bugs. Something broke, something is slow, something does not look right.
- Confusing UI. You could not figure out how to do something. That is a UX problem, and we want to hear it.
- Credit spend you did not expect. Tell us what happened and we will look at your actual usage with you.
- "I do not understand how X works." There are no dumb questions. You are building a website, not taking a computer science exam.
- "I am not sure how to approach this project." Sometimes seeing someone else do it once saves months of trial and error.
What we can help with
- Playcode bugs. Fixed, usually within 24 hours.
- Teaching the workflow. Most "the AI is bad" situations are actually "the workflow could be tighter". We can show you the difference in 5 minutes.
- Account and billing issues. Handled directly, no ticket queue.
- Sanity-checking your approach. Before you spend real money on the wrong thing.
What we cannot do
Refund credits that have already been spent on AI calls. That money is already paid out to the AI provider on your behalf, and it is in our terms. But we can often gift you credits as a goodwill gesture when the situation genuinely warrants it, especially while you are learning.
